Riverside Research’s Intelligence and Defense Solutions (IDS) directorate is seeking a full-time project manager to support the National Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) Office, at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Individual will conduct research, document requirements, and make recommendations on how to increase data transmission speeds using current intelligence community (IC) resources.  This position will require direct interaction and coordination with various IC and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist government customers in planning and execution of various projects to include conception & initiation; definition & planning; execution & control; and termination
• Support requirements definition, budgeting, planning and design, scheduling, and risk management, within identified constraints; prepare supporting documentation
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to elicit understanding of complex, ill-defined problems and procedures; brief recommendations to senior leadership
• Conduct research on assigned topics; prepare written summations/assessments for inclusion in larger reports; document supporting requirements to achieve desired outcomes
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across government and contract mission partners
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
• Bachelor’s degree (computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, statistics, or related technical field)
• Experience working with or in support of Department of Defense (DoD) or intelligence community (IC) organizations
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player

Desired Qualification:
• 5+ years technical project management and oversight experience
• Graduate degree (computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, quantitative methods, operations research, or related technical field)
• Project management professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or equivalent certifications
• Experience drafting and publishing finished technical papers or reports
