We provide trusted technical solutions to customers tasked with developing, sustaining, and modernizing assets to meet evolving warfighter missions.

We are seeking a full time Senior Radar Systems Engineer to provide radar system engineering, data analysis and test support to a variety of national radar programs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform radar system and mission performance assessment; including detection, track, object classification/discrimination performance 
• Technical data analysis for a wide array of engineering problems involving large-scale radar systems.  These may include ground-based and mobile radar platforms
• Investigation and root-cause analysis of system and software performance anomalies
• Assistance with system modernization and system architecture studies
• Test support, algorithm prototyping, and simulation
• Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), algorithm prototyping, and simulation 
• Investigation and mitigation of system and software performance anomalies 
• System and mission requirements analysis, feasibility studies, system modernization and architecture studies
• Assist with Business Development , seeking opportunities and supporting business proposals 
• Manage customer relationships; presenting reports, providing recommendations, and acting as a technical liaison
• Other duties as assigned

• Active DoD Security Clearance, (TS/SCI Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related technical field
• Radar systems engineering experience
• 10+ years of directly applicable engineering experience conducting and leading data analysis and formal testing of large-scale radar systems that support multiple national missions: Ballistic Missile Technical Collection (BMTC), Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), and Space Surveillance 
• Solid understanding of radar system functionality, performance limitations, and mission support requirements MATLAB required, C/C++ , Java, SIMULINK, and Machine Learning also desirable
• Experience with Digital Signal Processing, RF/Microwave Engineering, Antennas, Electromagnetic Fields and Waves, Communications Systems, Probability/Noise & Stochastic Processes, Microwave Circuits and Networks
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and identify and pursue emerging opportunities such as BAA’s, SBIRs, and IRADs, RFI’s & RFP’s
