2019-019-EGR: Modeling and Simulation Developer

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Modeling and Simulation Developer at Wright-Patterson AFB to support the Department of Defense. This position requires an active Secret clearance.
All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.
HIRES WITH AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET (TS) CLEARANCE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS.
• Decompose customer questions into analytic objectives, measures of performance and effectiveness, and apply the decomposition into modeling and simulation environments
• Analyze results of mission simulations to determine impact of key variables
• Collaborate with other team members and recommend solutions by studying analytical and information needs
• Other duties as assigned
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• C++ programming experience or similar language
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate management guidance and direction into specific tasks to meet overall objectives
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to compose documentation, reports, and briefings
• Top Secret clearance
• Programming experience with FORTRAN, MATLAB, Linux or relevant language
• Knowledge of one or more of the following models: Suppressor, AFSIM, ESAMS, DIADS or relevant tools
• Modeling and simulation experience related to sensors, radar, electronic warfare, comm links and protocols, satellite systems
• Familiarity with weapon systems
• Statistical analysis experience
