2019-036-INT: Senior Technical Project Manager

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Senior Technical Project Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Individual will work as part of a team advising the government on matters related to intelligence mission data (IMD) tool development and production.

HIRES WITH AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) CLEARANCE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS.
• Provide programmatic expertise and advice to government customers in a variety of intelligence related programs
• Work independently or lead small teams to plan, administer, and monitor the execution of multiple projects
• Utilize project management expertise to assist in developing resource estimation and planning tools
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to elicit understanding of complex, ill-defined problems and procedures; brief suggestions for improvement to senior leadership
• Work across functions to implement new standards and practices
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across other contractors and government mission partners
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements; prepare supporting documentation
• Other duties as assigned
Clearance required: Top Secret/SCI
Master’s degree (engineering, computer science, physics, or other technical discipline preferred).
Years’ Experience Required: at least 15 years of project/program management and/or acquisition experience
Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Professional certification (e.g. PMP, DAU, INCOSE or similar)
