Riverside Research is seeking an Integration Specialist in support of NASIC at WPAFB. The Integration Specialist advises and guides the transition process of Research and Development (R&D) capabilities into the broader mission critical operational environment. The Integration Specialist also assists the government in ensuring developer/vendor activities support documented mission needs for successful implementation of capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the Project Owner in managing the transition and integration of “mature” research and development capabilities into the operational environment for mission critical operations
• Work directly with research leads on a regular basis to understand and document transitioning capability through the government Capability Integration and Development System process
• Coordinate between government, development teams, vendors, and system users to plan activities and capability development and ensure system planning, design, and implementation meet mission needs, documentation and coding standards, and resource constraints
• Assist the requirements manager to update the program integrated master schedule
• Provide risk assessments on capability development
• Develop long range planning forecasts complete with key development milestones
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• TOP SECRET / SCI (TS/SCI) required
• Bachelor’s in technical or management field
• 10 + Experience with requirements / project management
• Able to work independently with minimal supervisory direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with acquisition, planning, installation, and configuration of hardware and software
• Working knowledge of Agile Development Methodology (Scrum and SAFe) with experience in JIRA
